It was creepily unsettling doing such simple tasks <_> loved the art and vibe <3 I did get stuck at one of the sections though with the phone puzzle.
Thank you so much for your compliment! I am so glad you get that sense of uncanniness :3 My teammate and me tried to portrayed horror based on the normality. We will work more on the instructions to allow our players to go through it more smoothly.
Huh–I wonder if this is some sort of alien time loop. Quite enjoyable for such a simple game.
Thank you for your play testing and feedback. The time loop would definitely be one of the core elements we tried to narrate here.
I like the aesthetics! I didn't hear any sounds, but I'm using opera. I learned Opera hates .mp3s you gotta use .wav or .ogg
Thank you for your compliment for the our art! Unfortunately we did not apply any sound due to the time limits, but it would definitely on our priority of future development.
The narration is quite funny.
Thank you :) We are also thinking about adding voices to that.
Interesting little game with quite original narration.
Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for your play test and compliments!
This was interesting, and the art was really nice! Though there is no sound... I like that there are ways to break away from what the narrator tells you to do, but I unfortunately couldn't figure out the answer to break the loop. Good game overall!
Thank you so much for your play testing! We will definitely work on it towards the direction you mentioned, like sound and more instructions about breaking the loop in the future. In fact our original design, the player could disobey the narrator to find the difference between this loop and last loop. When the player find all the difference, the player will finished the game. However, due to the time limit we could hardly finish the regular loop, so we added all the “difference” inside of one loop. Both of my teammate and me do not have skills related to music production, but we are already thinking about learning them to enhance our games. Thank you again for your very helpful feedback and your compliment of the art!
There hasn't been a way to break the loop, we haven't been able to finish that lol, since this jam was about one week. However, thank you so much for playing!!!!! I'm so happy to see people are expecting more elements like sound effects. Originally, we tried to make a way to break the loop by doing things the wrong way everyday, and on the last day players can escape.
The art is nice, and it is nice to be walked through a game, but the story is unclear, there is no sound and I'm sure if I won or lost, things were just unclear.
Thank you for the play testing and the feedback. This game at the current point could definitely be refined in multiple directions. I am grateful that you like my art and we will try to work on the clearer instructions and condition of finishing/not finishing the game in the future.
Thank you for playing!!!!!!!!! The confusion might come from the unfinished game! We tried to give players a few days to break the loop. Maybe more content will be added after a while!
