I love cooking games! Shot a lot of people though haha. A bit quiet but a good submission!
I spent most of my time on this game at this game jam. Congratulations!
Very fun little game! I love the premise and the characters being introduced through the dialogue as they order is a nice way to do things. I found it just a little finnicky sometimes to get the larger orders to fit on the burger machine, but aside from that everything feels really good!
correct orders : 0
incorrect orders: 2
monster orders: 2
and I shoot every car after I realized I can
10/10
I was shooting almost everyone... only served 1 correct order. They all seemed creepy to me 😅
The burger assembly machine wasn't very intuitive at the start, I'm not sure if it even matters if you make the order correctly? There was no feedback when I made a mistake. I think you can also combine the top and bottom buns into one item. Assembling a larger burger becomes tedious when using 6+ ingredients and squeezing them into the machine.
Great game! Loved the shootgun idea (i almost killed everyone that i saw)! Just wished that the place where you put the ingredients were a little bigger, but regardless, liked!
I like how you design atmosphere around serving customers, dialogue mechanic is pretty cool idea.
Good job and congratulations on your submission!
The lore given through the dialog is interesting and I liked how you had to turn your back to the window to complete orders. It made me a bit paranoid something was going to change when I looked back. The only issue I had was I couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting correct orders on my first couple playthroughs. I eventually realized some items were getting misplaced into the wall when I prepared burgers. Having something tell you what's in a finished package would really help to confirm if I was making something right. Still, very creepy!
Cool graphics and atmosphere! Felt a lot safer with my company issued shotgun
The gameplay is great, and the graphics are right up my alley!
I had a nice time playing the game. :D
Love the premise and atmosphere! Shotgun sounds and effects were really cool!
