I've let our admins know, but as explained in the rules of this category, the people who could tell you about the status of your ticket are unlikely to see your post.
I wanted to ask whether there is an issue with the support ticket system, as when I tried to send an additional email to the related mail thread, gmail notified me that the address support@itch.io is not found or not receiving messages at the moment :(
