Considering the staff doesn't read the forum, it's almost certainly a coincidence.
Just so you know, every time you update your game or page, Itch's algorithm may put your page on the manual review list.
The criteria the algorithm follows is secret, but it doesn't mean you've done anything wrong, just that the algorithm determined a manual review is necessary.
The problem is that manual review depends on how busy the staff is. It's expected to take a few hours or a couple of days, but I've read of several cases where it takes weeks.
Usually, there's not much you can do except wait a few days for the process to run its course and for someone on staff to review your game.
