I'll make improving the sex scene a priority if it's currently immersion-breaking.
I like the idea of the player exploring their growing body. It would add more player agency, allowing you to experience the body changes on demand.
I was thinking of creating a poll to help decide what I should work on next. Updates will be smaller and just focus on one feature at a time.
Only spotted one incongruent dialogue between events and the character description so far:
The girl noticed "My thighs are getting thicker for sure. They're starting to touch at the top." but the description already said thighs "touch without a gap".

Slight incongruencies like that do not ruin the experience imho, you can even look at it the way that there is a difference between self image and 3rd person image, which happens a lot in real live ;)
