Only spotted one incongruent dialogue between events and the character description so far:
The girl noticed "My thighs are getting thicker for sure. They're starting to touch at the top." but the description already said thighs "touch without a gap".

Slight incongruencies like that do not ruin the experience imho, you can even look at it the way that there is a difference between self image and 3rd person image, which happens a lot in real live ;)
