I loved this. I would have loved for some music (musician, so obvious bias) but otherwise I loved this idea. I would have preferred a clickable option instead of typing it out every time personally, but it didn't detract from the experience. Super cool and kept building in an awesome way. Great job!!

the background ambience that you hear at the beginning was supposed to loop but it seems that something broke after exporting, im not sure. the game feels kinda empty without it. but thank you for playing !! :)

Speaking of controls, I really wanted to press arrow up on my keyboard to get to previous commands like in other terminals. Also, sometimes after submitting a command, the game thought I wanted to look around instead of writing another command (for example: "download" → enter → "s" as in "start") so I'd personally reserve the looking around only to clicking.

I'd also let the player read the note from the itch.io page first thing in-game.

All of this is nitpicking though, the game's vibe is phenomenal.

ooh the up arrow thing is a good idea, i wrote that down in our to-do list! and yeah we're aware of some issues with moving around and inputting commands, we wanted to address that but didnt have time. that and adding the note's info in-game are on the to-do list :D
