I really enjoyed to approach on this. The ending was surprising and finding the matches was harder than I thought it should be since I had ran through the whole game before getting them. I liked it!

How do I light candles? I walked up to the candles and pressed E to interact and it just said "Unlit candles". Then I went all around the house looking for matches and didn't find any. I thought maybe I could pick up the lit candles next to my bed but that just gave me the option to extinguish them and then everything was dark. I just got stuck and didn't know what I was doing the whole time. The artwork was great and it felt like it had a promise of a great story and I wanted to find out what it was.
When you first enter the large mansion, there's a table on the left with matches! I wanted to have the dark/light feature for atmosphere but I realize this makes some objects hard to see, I can update it so the matches sprite is also "lit" by default.
The atmosphere was set up really nicely with the music andlighting all the candles. The upbeat music at the end was not expected haha
Thank you, I'm glad! I gave it a silly way to end since the art ended up more gorey than I envisioned, to balance it out.
