Thanks for such honest feedback, rest assured the conversations were filler dialogue as I was running out of time to complete the prototype. I'll be prioritising removing those lines as I go through my list of fixes and updates and replacing them with something more appropriate.

Unfortunately I ran out of time to complete this before Jamsepticeye 2025 was over however here is the bare bones "tutorial day" for my visual novel You Reap What You Sew.
You play as Timmy, son of the Grim Reaper himself, and begin your first day as a reaper processing humans who have died to the next phase of the afterlife. You'll need to take in consideration their beliefs, how they lived their life, plus the influence of your co-workers and friends.
This build contains the day one tutorial with three cases to process and no ending due to time constraints. The images are likely to be replaced with ones of higher quality in later builds in addition to replacing both stock audio tracks.
I hope to complete the demo by Christmas which will include five days of gameplay with three in depth conversations per day and three different endings depending on your choices throughout the game.

Jam time is nearly here so I thought I'd wish everyone luck and give a gentle reminder to the workaholics like myself to remember to eat, drink, sleep, take meds if you have them, and generally remember to do your self cares during the week. It's super easy to sink lots of time into game creation without realising, don't overwork yourselves.
From what I know of both Jacksepticeye and Ducky Dev's communities is that we're all super supportive and lovely. No matter how you feel about your game, just know that there are plenty of us here who will love the work you've done and make sure you know it! Good luck everyone and have fun!
