This is brilliant! I Didn't understand the "Man" side of the man vs nature theme, but I love the game! I think my mouse might be a bit too sensitive though. There was no sweet spot between  dropping planets into the sun and chucking them into the next galaxy!

Developer

Thank you! It's one of those weird things where I read the theme, then I thought about it and thought about it until I forgot where I started, then just made the game, and then when I went to submit it I realised it wasn't very "man vs nature" haha. It is tricky to get it just right, that's good feedback, thank you!

A friend played it with a drawing tablet and really enjoyed it. I thought that was really cool!

Developer

Oh thank you very much! Yes I have an iPad and I've found this game feels much better on a touchscreen. You get to really throw the planets!

Loved this game, so simple but so much fun to play, and has a real skill factor to it. A real relaxing game to play, great to pick up and play for a few minutes at a time. Would love to see more added to this such as maybe changing your view point so you can see more of the wilder orbits. A little more time polishing this would make it something special. Well done on making a really fun quality game.

Thanks very much for the kind feedback! Yeah I think I will be working on this more in the future, that's a nice idea!

Clearly I am not the creator of the planets and for good reason! That was really fun and a cool representation of the theme. I really enjoyed this and would for sure enjoy this even on a bigger scale :) thanks so much for the experience.

Update, my son wanted to try some of the jam games (he is 12) he loved this one the most and really enjoyed it, he said its really cool and he did way better than I did.

Oh, I am so delighted to hear about how your son reacted to this game! Yes I would love to do more with this idea in the future for all the 12 year olds in the world :)

Loved it. Became obsessed trying to get circular orbits instead of wildly erratic ellipses.

Simple - fun, more than a little addictive.

Would be nice to be able to go back and somehow modify or influence the orbits of existing planets.. (I say that, but I've no idea what form that could/should take.. it just occurred to me to mention it).

Good work ;)

Welp, venus, mars, earth, jupiter, and pluto are all no longer planets in our solar system.

Yeah Great game, looks good plays well

I don't think anyone would want to live in any of the solar systems I made, they would live very long. This is a brilliantly simple idea and very slickly implemented. No fuss just throw your planets around the sun. Great feeling if you manage to get a nice circular orbit and great fun throwing in an elliptical one in and seeing how long it takes to take out all the previous planets. Find myself drawn back to this for just one more go. Very nice indeed.

Great little game. Loved the physics. Took awhile to get the planets in order so very challenging. Well done!

very cool and unique idea, definetly worth a play and triggers some deep instincts to get things right. The sensitivity on this one is veeery hard, guesss it's a matter of trial and error - anyway, unique little cute game. But in term of Theme, there is not much Man vs Nature here going on.

The game I wish I made! What a great idea and game.
