Great art and sound design! Nice idea for a game

First, I love the pixel art! The art, music, and ambience add to the spooky feeling.

Second, I love the concept of the game. The tokoloshe is a South African (folklore) monster, I like how this ties to the jam in two ways, it speaks to the theme and it is South African. 

Love the lighting and the general ambience of the game, great job!

I really like that the tutorials are done diegetically, via these billboards that appear in the environment, the jump is a little floaty, but with more time and levels this could be amazing.  

The game has great art and gameplay but i need more levels to understand the game or like a narrative story before the game starts playing.

The idea is great and well executed. The lighting, character and environment art is also very impressive. Would love to see more levels. Well done!

Cool concept and really nice art!

A fun concept, and thought the monster design was really well done. Would have liked to see some more animations from him though. Like a jumping animation or scare animation. But the core of the game was cool and I liked the race against time / puzzle find all the scare spots aspect. And you did a great job on the sound effects. Other people did mention but the jump is a bit floaty.

I could embody my INNER SKABENGA and break people's windows!!! Very cool game to speedrun after 2 or 3 attempts, and I enjoyed all the various lil antics my fiendish Tokoloshe gremlin could get up to!

I found the game a bit hard to play and "floaty" but otherwise awesome!
