How does your game fit the theme?
This is a 2D puzzle platformer where the player is a slime creature that has the ability to travel back in time and meet their past self. You can use your past self to help you solve puzzles that couldn't be completed without the use of time shenanigans Eventually, their past self will catch up and go to the past themselves, creating a causal loop... a SLIME LOOP if you will.

Nice game, but the pushable boxes are a bit buggy. Overral fun game.

Developer

Thanks, yeah I ran out of time to fully fix the boxes. Glad you enjoyed

This is the best "past self" puzzle platformer I've seen so far, because it's polished and has really well done puzzles. Level 9 is my favorite because it requires lots of thinking ahead. Glad to see a fellow blob game doing good (slimes are close enough)

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the kind words, glad you enjoyed it so much. Indeed, this is a great jam for the Blob uprising XD

The game was fun! but there was a bug that when you jump on a box it phases trough the floor and then I have to restart, and the text as hard to read. But the music was good and idea also

Developer

Thanks for playing, sorry about that bug, hope it wasn't too distracting.

It was still fun :D
But not as fun as my game ;)

This is a great game, the text got a tiny bit hard to read with the screen filter, but it was a ton of fun, level 7 was my favourite!

My game is a cross between Super Mario Galaxy, and Cuphead, if you have any interest in that!

Developer

Thanks for the kind words, glad you enjoyed. I'll check your game out too :)

This is my favorite game so far!!! The gameplay is super interesting, the aesthetic is very cool, even the soundtrack made the whole thing enjoyable. The last level was quite difficult but super satisfying to pull off! If i had any suggestions it would be to add a speed up button to your past self.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback and kind words :)

Really enjoyed this! Liked that i had to keep in mind how fast or slow i might be in the future! I think a way to restart only the future part instead of the whole level would be nice!

Great job!

Developer(+1)

Yeah, I'll probably add that "only future reset" button after the jam. Thanks :)

Nice puzzle platformer, however the Text is hard to read on lower resolutions/ window mode and definitely needs a sound slider.

Truly a model example of a great game jam project!

Developer

Thanks, this is my first cracking at it aswell so that's great to hear. Sorry about the text and audio. Glad you enjoyed :)

Loved it! Our team had a very similar idea!

Developer

I like how when you play both of our games, though they had the same core idea/mechanic, we both explored it in different ways. Great job guys :)

I have played a few versions of the time loop puzzle here so far, but this is my favorite! The artwork and music is great and the puzzles really worked out. Awesome job!
