I love the day night cycle and how it's based on your progression. Very interesting way to convey progress to the player :)

This is a cute interpretation of the theme! You almost had me with the position-based time of day, until I realized that it was conspicuously stopping when I stopped and I decided to backtrack XD

Nice concept! Face the world everyday with whatever you have! I feel that the concepts been translated well into gameplay. I did not realise I had to stop and press W at the house until my 3rd time, I kept going forward and jumping, only to find myself in complete darkness.. twice

Maybe a pop-up when you walk by, saying W to enter house/rest?
