With all due respect, I understood that you should NOT request support to feature a game on the main page.

The way to do it was to share the link on social media so the people who select those games would see it.

If someone comes now and requests it, their ticket will be rushed. Sorry to say this, but it seems horribly unfair to all the people who asked before.

Also, I don't know why waste time answering questions for one person if tomorrow, exceptions are made for someone else without reason or justification.

I'm not making an exception, that's just it. We've come up with this unofficial system where people can ask for a ticket to be expedited. If someone already wrote to support and has a ticket ID to post here, it's not up to me to triage them. To the best of my knowledge, the request will be probably denied by staff, but that's out of my hands either way.

I commented just because it seemed unfair to the rest of the person who had asked for being featured previously, but I understand what you say.
