I'm not making an exception, that's just it. We've come up with this unofficial system where people can ask for a ticket to be expedited. If someone already wrote to support and has a ticket ID to post here, it's not up to me to triage them. To the best of my knowledge, the request will be probably denied by staff, but that's out of my hands either way.

I commented just because it seemed unfair to the rest of the person who had asked for being featured previously, but I understand what you say.
