Well done on this jam game! It was well polished and even though some of the mechanics weren't explained, they were relatively straightforward and I grasped them quickly.
I think the point where this game could've improved most is with the siphoning mechanics; currently it doesn't lead to an interesting decisions for the player. I imagine this game with "recovery spots" where you can regain energy. Then maybe siphoning a block could drop you to a lower floor with more difficult jumps? Or perhaps you can use you siphoned energy to create a new block from which you could jump off. That now gives a setting where the choices you make with your energy have interesting consequences - of course not the only way to achieve it just some ideas.
One comment about the transparency note. While people can be very negative about the use of AI in projects, you really don't have to feel like you cheated by using it! Making games is a creative process, and I think generative AI can be a part of that process. You made art that worked, and was coherent, even if not the best.
Good luck on the rest of your game making journey!
