Hey everyone! Development is moving forward at full speed on our game jam game Still Waters and I'm in need of some game art! I tried finding some artists on Fiverr and whatnot, but all of those contractor sites are filled to the brim with AI shills and I'm not interested in filling my game with that kind of nonsense.
The job consists of composing one cinematic opening shot and 3 or 4 3/4 character profiles. The style I'm looking for is a dark, moody, sharp style with heavy lines and heavy shadows. Think nautical Darkest Dungeon. The job will be paid, as I've managed to save up a little bit of a budget and feel that art is so important in a game like mine. The plan is to get enough pieces done for a Steam demo and then, depending on how marketing/funding pushes go, the potential for further work is definitely there.

All of the art in there right now for the characters was made by me and a couple of messy photoshop brushes, but I'm looking for a bit more stuff that's a bit more detailed (which is beyond my artistic ability).
