How is this game a platformer, what spin does it bring to the genre?
This plays like your typical 2D sidescroller. The twist comes with the player being able to become the platform

How does this game fit the theme?
I fit the theme into a couple places, but the main place was giving the player the ability to switch roles with a platform. Reversing the players role in the genre.

What did you make yourself and what assets did you use?
My friend ProphetBoo did some of the coding with me. All The Art, Music and Level Design were done by me.

Did you use any AI assets in this game?
No AI, all made by hand

Really cool concept! I like the art style and the level design was fun with having to use both chacters for different stuff. I found the controls kinda awkward, I would've really liked to use arrow keys for movement. I think having a tiny bit of time freeze when switching between characters would have been nice, it was really hard to pull off wall jumping off each other with the instant character switching. Nice work on the game!

Cool concept, but I struggled a bit with the controls here—especially when it came to stacking up the player characters correctly. I did like the two levels I was able to check out. Thanks for making and sharing your game!

I think I forgot to mention this in game but you can wall jump. I guess at the time I thought it was a given for most platformers. my B
You can treat the other character as a platform, but I found to easier to treat them as a wall to wall jump off of.

Ohh, this would have been a good strategy to keep in mind—I was jumping off the walls, but I didn't think about using that technique with my other player character, too. Thanks for sharing!

Cool concept and take on the theme with suitable gfx and music. Felt the controls was a bit too fiddly for me but might get the hang of it with practice. Good work and a great idea to expand upon if You want to.

I think I needed to add buffer for the player before loosing the wall jump. For wall jumps the trick is to jump and then move.

That's really cool concept!
Liked the idea, execution,  minimal artstyle and music

Thanks!!! Minimal art style was the only art style I could do as what was basically a one man team XD. Glad you liked the music too! I have never written any before this
