What a nice looking game! Certainly one of the more polished entries. I think the game would have benefitted from having the cursor locked to center and invisible, however it was a lot of fun. Great work!
Thanks for playing! The cursor should be 'captured', but there are some issues with that in the web version.
Nice work! Great use of the limitation from a narrative and visual perspective, the world has that grim fairytale vibe. It's like banjo-kazooie/zelda64 got hit with the grimdark ugly stick and I love it. The player controller is really fluid too, when I get a moment I will take a shot at the speedrun mode since you've thrown the challenge out there on the itch page haha.

Great job! I finished the game! Good game optimization, no bugs, excellent work with the sounds, and funny dialogues. I really liked the visuals. Also, I was scared when a crocodile attacked me (I didn’t expect that) and when a lot of spiders pounced on me at once. The game is just awesome, thank you!

What a great game. I think the map kinda confusing, and I got lost several times haha.
Amazing job all around, graphics, audio, programming, it all works! I actually actively got scared by spiders and crocodiles, the first and second alligator made me soooo paranoid around water you have no idea. Environment and map (along with tracker) were really appreciated, took me a bit though to understand my direction (just my personal experience) , but still, above and beyond for having it in there.
Patrol paths were great, yes trolls would get stuck on things, and one time a troll had a ENORMOUS view cone behind them, which I don't believe should have caused aggro at the distance I was at, but still. I assume the mini spider is there to punish you for not getting hedgeapples (even though it had the signs, I still had to have my head bashed to really get it)
Yeah, that's about it, the designs and shader were amazing, and the alligator and spider really made me jump first time around. Really good spooky stuff!
The aggro distance increases alot if you pick up hedgeapples maybe thats why it seemed that enormous haha. Thank you for your feedback <3
This game was twisted, my god. I was lost in the woods for one hour in the woods looking for ingredients,only to be part of the soup. 10/10 would BogBound again

I really like game, Crocodiles and Bears are adorable. But game need marker where i am, because it's too hard to understand your position
Thanks for your feedback! We left a marker out intentionally to evoke a feeling of being lost. There is a compass in the top left corner of the map screen, in case you didn't see it.
I see, but it didn't help, after i gathered 5 berries i just couldn't find the witch's house
