You tap space or click anywhere to deflect, it’s a timed interaction where two circles overlap and you have to interact right when they overlap. You can do it from the start. It sounds like this part wasn’t blind friendly though, but I’m glad the spirit deflection worked.

In the alpha, after you defeat Gemma and the Inquisitor and see the throne realm, that’s pretty much everything.

The outfits are classed based on how revealing they are (normal, sexy, and lewd) but this doesn’t do anything for now, they’re purely cosmetic. The knight and inquisitor outfits are for your throne realm attendant. I believe they’re marked as such, but a lot of people make this mistake, so I may in the future split this off into a separate shop screen.

I will try to deflect attacks and see if it works with that. I have gotten some of the other interactions during battle (like the one with the spirit reflect) so maybe it's possible. Will try it out and let you know. I did the storyline for getting the lunar magic, the bit for killing the inquisitor and getting the sky magic, and then that's as far as I got. Am currently trying to unlock all the stuff under the journal right now. Guessing there's more to be added in the game later though for future updates? I saw a few achievements for things in the journal that implied there would be more so that's why I kept working at things in case there was. Cannot wait to see what the update to the game brings and good luck with developing and fixing any bugs or mistakes :)

It seems like you didn’t fight Gemma yet. If you visit the tavern a few times in the daytime an event will eventually proc starting the quest. There is a lot more planned but I think everything in the journal goals list should be possible to unlock, though a lot of the sex progression stuff is intended to be stuff you unlock over an entire playthrough, so I don’t necessarily recommend grinding it all out.

I was only doing sex skills because I wasn't sure what else there was to do. I thought, as the main character is a succubus it might unlock more of the story that way. Now that I know there's a bit more to do than that right now, will try visiting the tavern and triggering that new stuff. I know I forgot to say this before (got caught up in everything else so sorry about that) but thanks for getting back to me and answering all those questions. Not all devs get this involved with the people that leave reviews so it's very refreshing and definitely appreciated :)

I think changing the label from (Attendant) to (For Your Attendant) would be enough clarity, I got the Knight one and assumed it was labeled such because it was Gemma’s, the ex-Adjunct
