unfortunately the game won't start for me, but i played one version from the comments below . I have to say that it looks amazing.  One question, the planets are procedurally generated?

Developer(+1)

Thank you for trying persisting and trying both versions, really glad you like it!

At this point no, we have prefabs of planets in different sizes and we just manually put them in locations. In our other project (first-person puzzler) every planet needs to be handcrafted and we never worked with procedual generation before, we felt like trying to tackle that in a week might be a bit too much... We do want to implement procedually generated levels to this game at some point but I don't know when we'll get to it hehe :)

Nice visuals! I really liked the way the subatomic particles planets rendered, like they came into existence from nowhere and rapidly grew vegetation on their surface (even though it was just objects entering the camera's clipping distance).

Gameplay was pretty good, though it did feel like it was hard to control the ship precisely. I'd often be a little bit to the side of a hole, then tap the key and end up on the other side of the hole.

There could have been an in-game explanation as to why the player should enter the holes, I had to read the description for it.

Bug: The "Try Again" text/button stayed on top of the "Menu" button when I pressed Esc after death.

Thank you very much for the detailed feedback! The in-game explanation is definitley missing yeah, the movement is a bit tricky as your turn speed also increases with speed boosts, we'll need to take some time to properly fine-tune it. I won't even get into all the issues with the menu and death/win screens, there's a lot of bugs hehe, thank you for reporting!

Really glad you liked the visuals!!

The game ran super smoothly on my potato computer! Gorgeous low-poly work and great aesthetic overall. The sound effect was a bit loud for me, and it was hard for me to get through enough holes to hit the black hole. Either way, those are just minor tweaks. Great job!

Developer(+1)

Hahah glad to hear it ran okay, we were really worried about it before submitting. We'll work more on the sound effects and test the timer properly if the project moves forward, thank you for the feedback! And thank you very much for trying it out!
