Hi! I don't know if you made a mistake submitting this - the deadline is actually end of March (we're not the 7DRL). I don't know if you can retract your submission, but you can definitely keep uploading newer versions until then.

DOH.. I might be doing it wrong.. but for the last few months, I've just "submitted" like, when I've "commited" myself to doing the jam... like, for the weekly type jams, I'll usually submit on day 2 or 3.... I guess most people submit their game when it's finished?  When is a good time?

(I just like watching the games here grow and evolve over the jam)

this unofficial (legally, I gotta call it that) Star Trek fangame is a game I've been wanting to do for a long time, and this is my first month-long jam, I've really been loving doing these game jams the last 6 months.. really changed my life since before game jams I used to have to tell people my last game was released in 2005 (Crimson Skies and MS Train Sim)… I'm ore of an art person, but these jams have been a great way for me to learn to code and get some ideas out there.

I feel confident about being able to get a "playable" version... though some "concept" stuff is still beyond me.... and what I really really want to do is make an official Dune game in time for the movie's release (hey Legendary Entertainment, call me, ok?)

That's cool. Incrementally submitting things actually works. I just thought you made a mistake because it's closer to the 7DRL jam deadlines.
