I really liked this premise, but I also think your game is frustrating.  Mostly because you're clearly going for an exploratory experience very much akin to games like Metroid or Cave Story, but the enemy damage and death system doesn't fit this direction.  I also thought the platforming was a bit slippery, and could have some baffling design decisions to them like falling down only to go into an acid pit.  Overall liked this, it has potential, but the holes theme isn't very prevelant and the game needs different approaches to damage and death,

It has been a crazy week trying to find the right direction for the game, since the early concept was too big to be implemented in one week, so we kinda ran out of time and had to finish the game with much less than what we wanted and still make it challenging (leading us to make more difficult enemies and platform challenges along the way than what we initially expected).
