I have payout as payoneer and haven't noticed any issues, but this is the first time it's taken this long to settle.   I sent them an email but didn't get any response, what could be the problem?

Please read the rules of this category, where it says:

Hope this helps.

Yes I read it, and I already mailed once a long time ago, but this time I got a ticket again. Ticket 254226, but I haven't gotten a response yet. It's hard because I usually get paid within 7 or 14 days, but not this time. It would have been nice to have some kind of guidance if there was a problem with the artwork.

I'd like to know if this is for some "reason" or if it's just a delay for no reason, so I can think about whether to stay with the platform or move. This is my livelihood at stake.

The reasons why a payment is delayed can only be found by consulting support, since here, none of the people who can answer you have access to that information.

What has sometimes been seen is that payments can be delayed due to a problem with validation, or because there is some suspicious movement in the payments, for example, someone bought your game using a stolen card. It is not the seller's fault, but until Itch can clarify those movements, the payment remains "in review".

The good thing about Itch is that you can request payment whenever you want and without having a waiting time between sales and requesting payment. The bad thing is that you cannot be sure that it will always take the same amount of time to pay you. One thing for another.

Okay...so I'm now on day 48 of not getting paid. I'm probably the longest user here who hasn't gotten paid.

Please don't hijack somebody else's topic. I answered in your own.

The wording of the dialog in the picture seems to be the problem, so I fixed it. I wonder if the translator is not of good quality and my English is not very good, so there might be some problematic wording and this is delaying the payment, but they don't have an answer. I would like to get an answer. Is it possible that all the money just evaporates?
