when i click the launch button on itch.io app it say to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Runtime but i ahve already installed it.My pc specs are:Operating System Windows 8.1 pro 64bit;Processor AMD Phenom(tm) II x4 955 Processor (4 CPUs),~3.2GHz;Memory 8192MB RAM.

There might be some files you dont have that are required to run the game.
Make sure that you're MV C++ 2015 is updated.
Try running windows update
or you can try manually download and install from Microsoft.

Also try uninstalling and reinstalling if it still doesn't work.
