Please make sure you read the rules before opening a topic it explicitly states how you can prioritize your issue with staff members. I’m sorry you made a mistake with your purchase but you’re going to have to wait for someone to find and review your transaction in order to get the issue resolved. Please do not harass staff members directly through their private contact information via e-mail or other platforms in order to get your request prioritized. We’re happy to prioritize requests for people who follow the rules if it’s a pressing issue.

If you want a support request to be attached to your account you should use the same exact e-mail to contact us. If you create a post here with your account saying you emailed us, but use a different e-mail address for the request, then there’s no way we can look it up. This is why we specifically ask you to provide a ticket ID in your original post.

Also keep in mind that itch.io hosts over a million projects. Saying “GPH 112 bundle” does not help us find the actual product you’re having an issue for, we have no idea what you’re talking about. Please make sure you include the link to the product if you need help with a particular product.

Lastly, please do not report a transaction that you clearly authorized as fraud to your bank, that in itself may be considered fraud. No one here is trying to scam you. We have a clear process for fixing purchase issues. If you report a transaction as fraud then your payment information & account will automatically be banned from our platform.

If you bought the bundle from your account, then it should appear in "My library -> My purchases -> bundle (tab)" regardless of the link that is sent to your email.

Support may take a while to answer if they have too many tickets to review. You can try to put your support ticket number here, so that if the administrator sees it, they could give it priority, but without that information and with what you write, it is really impossible to help you here.


PS: My recommendation is that you do not try to pass it off as fraud, since you yourself admit that it was an involuntary error on your part.

The legal concept of fraud implies that there is an intention to commit a crime and therefore, if you make an accusation of that type against another person, due to a mistake on your part, the crime would be on your part.

If you have to go to the bank, it is better to be honest, and simply tell your bank that you made a mistake and the store have taken too long to respond to you.
