The idea for the story is a good idea but i don't really like the movement mechanics. Also, the art doesn't quite fit together perfectly, like some of it is pixel art, some isn't, and I think the infinite jump thing feels okay but a bit strange. I think the music was pretty nice though.

The infinite jump was a nice idea and the sounds were pretty well done

The infinite jump was an interesting choice. Cool story. I couldn't reach some of the healing items in the last round so haven't beat it yet. Good job

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Good luck with the last round!

The story is great! Impressive you could make this entire game in just 3 days!
The visuals are really nice and the music fits well.
However, mechanics still need some extra work.
I could keep jumping all the way to infinity, and the gravity was really weird as well.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! You're right about the mechanics, if I were to change them in the future I would probably limit to a double jump and make sure to increase the gravity to make the character easier to control.

Hey! I have some feedback on your game!

- Don't make the player have to take a leap of faith ( sometimes I'd just need to help there would be ground on the directions I was going to )

- Why can I infinitely jump!!?!?

Edit: Forgot to add win-screen. Here:

Thanks for the feedback! I definitely should have limited the character to a double jump, or added some type of ceiling to the level. Making the way forward a little more visible is also great advice.

The story concept is interesting and I liked the visuals. The jumps were floaty though.

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! The jumps are definitely the part of the game I would focus on fixing in the future.

It's impressive you made all of this in 3 days. It's quite long!

Good graphics, I did find the movement a bit floaty but that's ok.

Well done!

Developer

Thanks for playing and the feedback! The jumping and gravity in the game is something I would definitely need to go back and fix!

The game idea is great but i often dont now where the ground is the seems a bit random to me

Thanks for the feedback and for playing! Making the paths the character will take a little more obvious is definitely something I could see improving the game.

Interesting graphics. I really like the story part of the game. I did get lost a couple times because I could just jump forever. Was difficult at times to tell where the collisions would be. Congrats on finishing something for the jam :)

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! If I were to change anything in the game, I would only allow a double jump and/ or add a ceiling to each level to avoid players getting lost :)

I don't know if this was intended, but I could just jump forever it seems like. Great atmosphere for a game jam game, though! Very cool.

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! The forever floaty jumps is definitely an aspect of this game I would change in the future.

the flying around mechanic is an interesting choice for this kind of game. it makes it a little difficult to move around. but nice game.

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Player movement is definitely the main aspect I would approve upon in this game.
