I liked the concept! It might have been nice if there was a button to pick up and put down the hearts, since shoving them around got a little annoying.

Really like the concept and how it was used to make for some awesome levels! Sometimes though, when going to a spike it got triggered twice and that wasn't very satisfying :D

Thanks for your feedback and I'm glad you liked it.  :)

I'm with Kreastricon, I was excited to see levels that utilized the spikes in a better way. The problem of hitting the same spike twice never really came up since they were so easily avoided. It didn't really feel like I was getting hurt, more that I just had to go to one part of the map before I was allowed to interact with another part of the level. There are some hints of something interesting here, but there needed to be some better level design to see it through. Hope you continue to iterate on it after the jam!

Thanks! I appreciate the great feedback.      :)

Aw man, first my initial thought was going to be that this is going to go places! You had so much potential to create rooms filled with rows of spikes and figuring out which hearts to push across them but you didn't go that route. Me sad :( If you had more than four levels and more puzzles to go with this game I would have given it a higher creativity score, but I guess you just ran out of time.

The movement controls are a little clunky and maybe the game could have benefitted from a kick button to kick the hearts across the room.

Developer

Thanks for your great feedback! I hadn't gotten feedback for a kick button.... sounds interesting. My original plan was to add a grab mechanic, but I'll see. Also yes I did run out of time. But I hope you still enjoyed the game.   :)

Very good game !The idea is interesting the only thing that bothers me is the pushing of the hearts still great game!

Cool game! I enjoyed the two step process of getting hurt then moving the heart somewhere. It fit with the theme very nicely and was pretty fun.

If you wanted to improve, I suggest having the player pick up the heart or be able to move them easier. The pace of the game was really slowed by me struggling to push the hearts around.

Overall, great entry!

Developer

Thanks, I'm really glad you enjoyed the game. I agree that pushing hearts was kind of annoying. But I'm happy that people still think the game is pretty cool. Thank you for your feedback!  :)

As others have mentioned, moving the hearts can be a bit annoying and tedious. Music fit the game fairly well. Nice game.

Thanks, glad you like it.   :)       Yes, "pushing hearts around is hard/annoying" is the most common critique I've been getting. I definitely should've added a grab mechanic or something. Thanks for your feedback!

Nice game but I wish the pushing was a bit easier, also the level design is kinda basic

Very cool concept, but very hard to move the hearts to the desired location, a grabbing mechnic would be helpfull

Developer

Thanks for the tip! Yeah, default physics suck sometimes. If I continue to work on the game after the jam, I'll definitely take your advice. Hope you still liked it!
