I also wanted more. I felt... pulled in. I wish it was longer.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Stay tuned for more, we have plans.

Loving this. Left me wanting to know more, both about the characters and what happens afterwards. Very moving, and stayed with me.

Developer

Thank you so much for your really kind comment and for playing.

I finally got to play this game and is great.  Beautiful and polished.  I´ll replay it to make a different choice but I really liked that it was impossible to be sure what were the "correct" choices.

Well written and beautifully done, congrats!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing! I'm glad it came across that there was no "right" path to pick. Thank you for leaving a comment too.  : )

I played Waning Crescent a few days ago and I really love the Artstyle even though it is not complete at some parts of the game.

Another thing I loved about the game is the well-written story.

Like I already said in the stream on friday there are minor UI things to make things more clear like the hightlight on the arrow of the textbox or increasing the contrast of the scrollbar in menues.

After this little nitpicky things there is nothing more to say then thank you for a great story game =)

Thank you lots for playing! We're working on the sidebar and highlights and on the implementing of a save system, we appreciate the detailed feedback a lot. I'll make sure to pop up for the next stream.

Amazing game. The characters are really well written and the artwork makes it all so elegant.
It made me crave to know more XD
I have visited Budapest many times and I love that the game takes place there <3

Developer

Hey, thank you so much for playing! Our artist did so much to make this game into what it is and I'm glad it worked for you, and that you enjoyed the characters. Budapest was a very last minute choice from our programmer but researching it was very very fun. Happy you liked it. ♥

Brilliant character art and an interesting choice to make, cool VN!

Developer

Thank you lots for giving it a go. ♥

Such an  elegant tale! I loved this visit behind the curtains of the masquareade in the city of my childhood, and it's such amazing fun get to meet these (quite literally) intriguing figures playing its strings (I'll be sure to go hunting for William next time I visit friends in Buda). Thank you for your work and care, amazing game guys!

Our writers are amazing. They asked me what city and I spent some time in Budapest myself so I threw it out there, and they created this masterpiece of a story. They asked me the Prince's name and I said "how cool would it be if Anastasia vanished in the Bolshevik revolution and became the Prince of Budapest" and here she is. They're both amazing!

Then you have Veri, our artist, phenomenal moody spooky representation of the narrative. Watching it all come together was a dream. I was just the monkey who got to watch the story evolve while these three wove it out of an array of characters and a random setting and Prince the coder threw at them.

We're so glad that you enjoyed it and thank you so much for your kind feedback. Stay tuned because I think Gaia's planning more shenanigans, I can't wait!

Thanks SO much for playing, and as quoth says, we really had a lot of fun with Budapest as a city. I'm glad you enjoyed. ♥

This is a very beautiful game with a lot of energy in composition, taste, and style clearly showing through! And on a special note, it was nice to see good Hungarian names in a game :) And there is an aspect of the city which you got very well! Congrats!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm also super happy that the research paid off, I'd hoped that if a native would ever play it they'd at least feel like the city was recognisable to them and that some care went into portraying it. ♥

This is truly superb. You guys should be really proud of what you accomplished. I left a detailed review on the game page.

Delighted to play--a pleasure and joy. Thanks for this.

Thank you so much (as well for the help with checking the MAC build). More than happy than you enjoyed this!

The game gave a windows warning on install. Nice artwork all around. I think 2 charters the visual wasn't showing up for me. Do you see the princess at start or just a white outline?

Developer(+1)

It's an outline! Unfortunately we didn't have time to finish all the sprites. And yes, we're aware of the install warning, it did it to me as well, but everything should be alright with it. Thank you lots for playing!

Submitted(+1)

We also got the warning, but got past it without any problems!
