Concept is good. The difficulty curve must be worked a bit. You can win without even moving. I think it would be more interesting if your enemy bullets live as long as you didn't stop them with your shield, with more bullets, enemies that actually force you to move. Perhaps bigger level where user can move.

Overall, It was fun to play, and I think with some work you can extend on it.

Nice job, congrats on making all the music, art and gameplay by yourself. Once or twice there was some weird physics but since the level restarted so quickly it didn't annoy me at all. Very interesting gameplay idea and well executed.

Nice lil game with a lovable artstyle and good music , the only complaint I have is with the physics on the second level my shield got stuck between the ceiling on the floor on the top of the small hill , it literally got stuck there moving between two areas unable to reach also the enemy bullets does the same effect sometimes it gets stuck between two walls and won't move until it disappears waiting for the second shot to be taken , also the instructions are unclear didn't know you could kill enemies with the shields (I tried to at first but nothing happened (maybe I shot it wrong)) thank you for your amazing submission I fairly enjoyed your amazing game , I'll give 5/5 for everything!

This is a nice simple game. I didn't realize that I could destroy the enemies at first with the shield as the instructions only mentioned blocking bullets and hitting the beacons, but it wasn't too hard to realize. Also the shield seems to have a hitbox bigger than the shield itself, so once or twice the bullets missed the shield but still were stopped, but it was fine. I think there was only one level I found myself needing to move, so with a change to that level or something, you could make it so you can't move at all.

Only issue I have is that it wasn't clear how the game fit 'turn up the heat' in game. I didn't realize the character was made of lava or was trying to bring lava back until reading the description.

The movement felt really good and responsive I liked the character animation too. I didn't know the shield was following my mouse at first and I had both my hands on the keyboard to start. Some quick text prompts or a 1 level tutorial could really help out here. I beat the game once then wanted to see how fast I could get through. Ended up doing a speed run in about 2 minutes after a couple tries. Really fun and quick game, good work!

I won! I enjoyed this, although some levels I would die and restart automatically very quickly. This would be even more fun if your levels were a bit larger to move around with and feel more like a captain america ball. It was a great feeling tto have a well-aimed shot land after a proper ricochet. Good job!
