Really enjoyed that. Solid game all around.
Had a bug where the enemies kept attacking me while I'm in the upgrade screen but it's actually kind of fun since you have to make decisions fast haha.

Interesting game. Not sure I fully understood how to play, but that could just be me being bad at the game and dying immediately. The shooting mechanic worked well and awesome touch to add the leaderboard. Great use of the theme!
Incredible game, well finished, even has a leaderboard. Nice
Damn, so right out the bat, the audio, voice over, pixel art, animations, visual effects, all just work together so well. It feels like a professionally produced video game from the retro era. The game does have a learning curve in the beginning where you die too quickly and it's hard to figure out how to improve but then eventually you get in tune with the game and start staying alive for longer and longer.
Absolutely well produced game, the art direction and idea is the real winner here.
Animations and effects are top! I didn't understand why I keep dying at first, but got there eventually :)
Honestly, this game was pretty fun, I did, however, encounter a few issues while playing (nothing game breaking):
when you're paused, the foes count keeps counting up and the mana crystal starts spinning in a circle and getting bigger, the fire circle ability was a bit jarring to look at, and the abilities should have had a description so I could understand what they would do before I bought them. Overall, most of the problems I encountered were minor and I enjoyed my time playing this game. Good work.
PS. loved the death cutscene
