Feedback

  • D-pad controls feel a clunky
  • Crank controls are better, it feels strange that is not possible to go move backwards

Cool game! Love the concept and the different weapons are interesting. Ammo doesn't seem to reset when you die, though, I ended up getting stuck on level 3 because I couldn't figure out how to get more ammo.

Developer

Thank you for trying it out! Yeah that's the challenge of the game right now, since you have unlimited lives you need to use your ammo wisely to complete the run.

Ah, that's fair! And an interesting twist, too. Maybe add a prompt when you run out of ammo to start over?

Developer

That's good feedback. I didn't decide how to handle that situation, I considered giving the player the Bite weapon the worms use too which would be silly

Top level file thingy is missing or configured wrong and I'm dumb with computers...Heads up!

Developer

Oh no, that's not good. I'll poke around to see if I can figure it out. Was this when you attempted to load the file to your playdate? Or the simulator? What os?

I think I messed up the file/zip structure. You can either extract the files to an empty folder and name the folder "Threat.pdx" or use the new file I uploaded.
