I really liked the concept of the enemies following only when use the light. Cool idea, nice sounds.

Developer

This was fun to play, really liked the overall concept, would love to see this developed into a larger game!

Developer

thank you! I plan on doing the “improve your game jam” in June which is a jam where you build upon an existing jam entry.

yeah cool atmosphere, good choice of art, music and sfx.
so the monster is only chasing you if your flashlight is on? Really cool idea.

Developer(+1)

yeah the enemy checks the light intensity that is connected to the player and switches a chase bool depending on that value.

Great atmosphere. Player moves slow unless going on diagonal. You can normalize the inputs to ensure its the same speed, depending on your engine that is.

Developer

yeah I shouldve normalized but just overlooked it haha

:)  -  Nice idea, lovely music
:(  - The player moves so slow, and the light was so dim I thought the game was bugged
