The art style was good and horror was also good, but it was a bit buggy and I didn't get how to defeat the enemies and also my health went to negative numbers

Ran into the bug where after I died my health in future battles was always negative and I couldn't win.  Other than that I liked the art and the ambiance.  Very surreal looking.

Great pixel art and the UI was neat too.

I've encountered a bug where my health has turned negative after I failed in a battle and started from a checkpoint :(  Now, every time an enemy overtakes me he needs only one hit to kill me.

Couldn't figure out how to use items while in battle. Is there a certain key to activate items?

  • Interesting mechanic to hide in bushes. And run from enemies, although he’s fast so I never managed to run very far
  • I like how the dialogue text shows up onscreen but you can still walk around while reading it.
  • I died a few times, but I did manage to win one combat. What I did was to always try to have 2 defensive moves up before attacking. This would negate 100% damage.
  • I like the vibes with the cave, ambience and environment art and it’s surprising when the enemy shows up. I think the game could be really scary if you get out of combat after a few rounds, so there’s like this a mix between running way in top down while exploring the map, hiding and having short RPG battles.

Atmospheric and intriguing. The sound, music and art all combine to make quite a creepy, unsettling experience.

Unfortunately, there are some serious bugs. After losing in combat, I found myself with negative hit points, and after entering battle again I found that I could neither kill nor be killed; the game was basically stuck in this combat that could not end.

Another, more minor, bug is that each time I reached a scene transition, I would see these canvases "Left Enemy," "Mid Enemy," "Right Enemy" onscreen

Lastly, the controls felt a little stiff.

I think there's a good idea here, it just needs some more testing.

Absolutely loved your pixel art for it especially the portrait!  The player character is so cute!
