Liked the atmosphere very much here. Was surprised by more than one ending, and absolutely enjoyed intro with its 2d art!

On the downside, navigating the logs was very bothersome.

Visuals were nice. Lighting is very nice. I got SOMA vibes from the hallways and doors. Was curious about what would happen if i can decipher the password. But game bugged out 2 times when i pressed e to interact and enter the password. Footstep sounds were too much. Felt like someone is banging drums in my head. There were too much reading for my taste and story felt somewhat cliche at times. I was searching the last decipherable piece and interacted with a computer and game ended. Should have give an option to stay in the game. Atmosphere is nice. Scary at the start but after some time it felt like there wasn't going to be any real danger

Hi! What happened when you experienced a bug trying to enter the password? Could you describe the bug?

Footsteps' sound is actually loud, I agree. We are working on the next portion of minor bugfixes where we'll lower it.

In terms of the story, we tried to make it like a generic hollywood movie intentionally. So, no wonder the story felt cliche :)

Speaking of the endings, the one where you need to find 4 codes to open a sarcophagus (cargo) is the most difficult. It takes 2 short quests to find missing pieces of code. One quest is to fix the wire at the Cargo Bay, and another is to check the ventilation with the drone at the Engineering Deck. The ending you are describing is the shortest,if I'm not mistaken as there are two computers which lead to endings. One computer asks you whether you want to escape or stay on the ship. Another terminal offers a variation of two endings for you to decide. So there is always a choice:)

Yes computer offers 2 choices for ending the game. There is not a third option to stay in the game. When i click to interact with the password device. Numbers doesnt show up. Camera is locked and game stays there

As for the issue you're experiencing, when you press E to interact you don't see this panel with  the numbers as on the picture I attached, right?

I really liked the art in the intro and the way you guys used the SFX made me have some chills and feelings of unease sometimes which makes it really horror. Great job guys!

The intro is great--I love all the vibrant colors and bold brushstrokes. Very lavish.

Unfortunately, I ran into an odd issue as soon as the game started. I was unable to move my character beyond a very narrow arc, maybe 90 degrees total. The result was that I became trapped in the first room I entered, since the door closed behind me and I could not turn around to reopen it. 

I restarted the game and had the same problem. I'm not sure if you can reproduce it, since nobody else reports the issue.

The issue with turning was definitely fixed... for a while, at least. This allowed me to play the game for quite a while. Later on, when I accidentally left fullscreen mode and then returned, the issue recurred, and I couldn't get rid of it, even by refreshing the page and restarting the game. :(

Now that I've had a chance to play the game, here are my thoughts:

Great job with presentation. Smooth controls. Nice sound design. Good visual presentation: clean, elegant, with the important pieces clearly marked (I even appreciate the visual distinction between locked and unlocked doors). The view from the bridge is gorgeous.

The story is intriguing. I really enjoyed collecting the bits and pieces of information in a nonlinear order. 

Some suggestions for improvement: When adding a new note to my journal, I could not always figure out which one was the new one. A little marker on an "unread" note would be helpful. Also, with my very poor sense of direction, I did have some trouble navigating through the ship, so a map or minimap would also help. Lastly, a minor point: the typography and presentation of the logs should look more like the game itself.

Overall: Very cool game.

Speaking of camera, when you left fullscreen mode you need to click on a game screen to rotate camera 360 degrees again as before. I guess, the issue occures with every first-person 3D game. I tried it with Neon Apocalypse, it has the same issue. You just need to click on the screen to rotate 360 degrees :)

Nice job!  You guys made really outstanding artwork and lighting in this game, it's very impressive. From the ship components to the hologram Mars model to the gruesome discoveries, it was very well done.  You also used that art to great effect: the loading dock felt like a loading dock, the break room felt like a break room, etc.  That and the sound effects created a very immersive experience, and one that had lots of areas to explore.  Nice work!

Some feedback that I hope is helpful:  the user interface end of it had a few kinks to work out.  The notice that "you have picked up a repair kit" and the keycode pad both got stuck on my screen and I wasn't able to clear them away.  I would also be sure that the messages (e.g., the one about Henry) stay on the screen long enough for the user to read them.

But those are easy fixes for a game in which you've already done the hard work of creating a great atmosphere -- nice!

Hi, you can fix the bug with the endings and whatever other bugs you found now if you want. I don't mind people updating their projects during the rating period to fix bugs and such.
