Event with the help button I couldn't figure out what to do. I kept pointing the coin at people thnking maybe that's how you figure what who they are? but it kept giving me random results. The visuals are really good and overall it feels smooth!

it will show only TAILS if DEMON near and only HEADS if WEREWOLF near
in other cares it will be random, hope this will make it more clear :D

quick guide: you should check visitors with items on the shelf (there is also help in game menu)
and decide, should you give treat or use "anti-creatures spray"
And also you can visit the page of the game on itch.io and read about gameplay a bit more)
