Additional Consideration
This is the first time I made something multiplayer and it could definitely be more polished, but I hope you like it anyway! Just make sure for the host to free up port 7777 and allow Windows Firewall if you play it over Internet, but you can try it Solo too

Followed the graphics and sound design are fun and follow the theme of jam really well and an interesting jumping off point for a game. I enjoyed it and recommend it to others!

This game is pretty fun! I'm surprised there were so many online multiplayer games in the jam - extremely impressive nonetheless

Glad you liked it :) Yeah doing Online Multiplayer wasn't easy either as I had no prior experience with multiplayer coding but it was well worth it to me for future projects as well to become more familiar with it

Fun concept. But you should really add something to prevent players stand near walls. That way you can just stand there unlimited time until another player moves you with his collision.
Another type of bullet maybe that will be rare but will bridge your shield 100% if you will not dodge it. The visual is great tho! :)
