okay, I can see speedrunners trying their best to not mess up. reminds me of that game with the guy in the pot, one wrong move and you are back at the start.

good game.

really good, i liked it a lot. Its fairly simple in concept but the execution is really well done. The jump feels really good, love the landing squash. Also the somewhat unpredictability of the falls reminds me of jump king in a good way. Didn't finished yet because i have a really low pain threshold, but i will come back later to try again

Developer

Thanks, I am really meticulous about my game feel(so meticulous that I would rather not finish a jam than send out sub par movement controls). The “unpredictability” of the fall is really just my good estimations of where and how you’d bonk. Any fall on the left side of the screen is more than likely going to send you to the bottom but falls on the right are more forgiving.

once you bonk is incredible how much you fall, also the edges are weird, sometimes get stucked, but really nice game and the focus is on point as well as the theme

Developer

Thanks! The edges are weird and I did try making it less friction-y but I figured it would help the player more to have a more forgiving floor detection rather than the player falling just because they were 1 pixel off the edge. Also I don’t really think it was much in theme but I did try to get closer to the focus.

Yep, i understand, this game Is a perfect example of simple to play, hard to máster, i Will try to stream games and try to get under 5 minutes, cuz that sub 10 i get looks really ugly

Developer

If you check the game page, it shows my PB, it’s actually possible to get a sub 3

Hi, very cool game. You definitely can draw! One thing I would like to see implemented is some control when the character is falling after bonking. It would make those barly saved moments that i think arre very important in rage games.

Developer

Aww, thanks. To be honest there was a little air stall thing mid-development that pulled you out of the “bonk” state but in the end I decided to remove it since the idea is that you would only bonk if you hit a slope, making it a game of precision and full mastery.
