What was the origin story?
Originally inspired by surf mod in counter-strike and has come to haunt my dreams over the last three years. The road to developing a game independently has proven of the utmost difficulty. But I will not give up! I quit my job back in late 2019 and have been working on various forms of the idea over the last three years. Very incomplete atm, I will be working on posting updates throughout the day today. Rise my creation; rise!!!

As a trackmania lover this was a pretty fun base, I noticed a lot of potential tricks to exploit, which could be cool or bad depending on your stance. One example is how jumping works, if you hit a sharp angle with speed you can get some huge air time, could be something to explore. I also thought it was funny that the starting rotation is the same as the rotation you end at, making it a little inconsistent to get a good line at the start.

A really cool demo! It was fun to just zoom around, the movement feels really good here.

I can't access the page with the game on? I get this error message from itch io:

It's good that you've revived it and can work on it. You already have two baseline terrains to use as levels and a playable character too, so you just need to add on top of that ＼(^ω^＼)
Did you have an idea of what kind of game you wanted to make? With acceleration as a mechanic you could do a racing game or a planet exploring game and make the player a little Mars Rover type character! The possibilities are endless lol
My first thing I do when testing a game is see if I fall off the edges, so make sure to put invisible walls or some form of barrier to stop me yeeting myself into the void (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*✲ﾟ*｡⋆ it's surprising how many people forget to do that lol
