I like that you took the theme and went the opposite way with it. I'm a big fan of the strategy genre.
I kinda wish the level design wasn't so straight forward, it feels like a game of tic tac toe, the first to get in range wins. Some other helpful things might include updating the icon after the action is performed, like making the feet red or something.
Game mechanics are cool, it would be interesting how a game could develop if every player had more than a character to move every turn. Looking forward to see new updates on this!

Very interesting game concept, I can imagine many different game modes and challenges you could develop with this.
Clever concept! I like the strategy to it, but the controls felt a bit clunky, especially for moving (maybe just wasd or arrow keys to move instead of clicking?). It was also unclear how picking up the bullet would affect action points. Having sound would be nice :)
