I love that you got z ordering in so that things went in the right places (though there's a few places where it worked less well, like placing something behind the bed or under the desk), and I know it would have been twice the pixel art, but sometimes I wanted to rotate something to face the other way, like having the TV face away from the camera.

It's not a game for boys.

I really like the art and the theme interpretation is interesting. Also like the music.
The gameplay is kind of neat but I don't personally find it very appealing.

Really good game! three things I would want to see if you were to keep working on this:

1. More decorations and room layouts. you can never have enough!

2. More rotation options. I wanted to put some items in certain places like the TV, but because of the limited rotation options the screen would always be facing away from the bed or at the wall.

3. A way to save an image of your room and export it to your computer. I think people would love that!

you've got a real winner on your hands!

A very sweet, nice diorama game

Delightful! The lo-fi beats are sweet and relaxing. And there is some sophisticated logic behind the scenes here to determine the layered rendering of objects on shelves or under furniture. I would imagine this is partially inspired by UnPacking - and I really loved your take on the theme. Nice work!

I love the graphics and the music is of good tastes. The title screen is EXTRA clean, love it.

I had very low FPS while running in the browser so it was quite hard to get the placement I was aiming for but I saw the vision very clearly.

Maybe adding some SFX would be a nice way to upgrade your game later ? ( although making a sound for each item will be a tideous task I'll admit)

Good game :)

Although there isn't much gameplay to it, it is a very chill and calming game with a lot of polish behind it.

This is so so lovely and peaceful. The sprites are all perfect too they're so pretty. The only issue I ran into was the way some objects are layered with each other and the furniture. Thank you for sharing this <333
