I enjoyed the dialogs and exploration in your adventure game. Using the gen7 engine game for loading your 3D models for actors and levels was great to see. It really showed off your creativity! The unexpected game type switching on the player was very clever!

Thanks for letting me help you with the tests before the deadline date, I really like the creativity and the concept art of this game, It's kinda short but enjoyable (I think would be really useful add the PSP home button input).

The graphics are great! I love handpainted textures like that. The dialog system is cool too, and definitely make the game feel more complete. My favorite part was the graveyard level because it looks awesome.

Unfortunately it was very hard to play due to the bugginess and performance issues (tested on a PSP Go). I used the updated build you posted on the comments, and the final boss took forever because that scene ran at very low frame rates, and I think the collision detection had issues because I kept getting thrown back even though I dodged the skulls.

Luckily there was a glitch (feature?!) that made that part easy. You can just press left on the dpad and your character will go off screen, bypassing the skulls completely. Beating the boss seems to soft lock the PSP, meaning the only way to close it is to reboot.

But besides that, nice entry! If you fix the bugs, you'll have a nice little PSP adventure :)

Hi everyone! The build uploaded in the submission has a nasty memory bug, as nasty as the bug's monster! Get the fixed version there: shorturl.at/vUWY2

Edit: a PSP1000 version is available too: shorturl.at/GHJNX

I think the game is broken, kinda hard to tell.

My first playthrough I talked to the camel and then ran into the tornado and got game over. My 2nd playthrough I did the same thing except running into the tornado didn’t kill me and triggered a dialog box which then took me to a blank screen. Is there more to the game than this?

I liked the graphics and the giant, albeit empty 3D environment was cool to see for a PSP jam game

I played on PPSSPP by the way

Hello! Thanks for testing! Unfortunately, the build uploaded contains a critical memory issue that is fixed now in this version: shorturl.at/vUWY2 I don't have a PSP, so I had took a little more time to figure out what was happening.
It's now playable on PSP >2000 and PPSSPP.
Thanks again!

Edit: a PSP1000 version is available too: shorturl.at/GHJNX

id vote higher but there was no soundtrack or noise (so kinda have to give a 1) and the game crashed at the tornado a few times :/ looks good none the less though, well done
