Enjoyable little game! Figuring out the right path to get around enemies was pretty fun, although it would benefit slightly from a bit faster of a respawn time since I died quite a bit while playing. I thought the beginning cutscene was pretty cute and would have loved to see it continued a little at the end. I enjoyed the game quite a bit and wish you luck in the jam!
Wow, absolutely love the concept! Particle effects are cool and the gameplay is smooth. Great job!
Enjoyed this quite a bit! The world came across as dreamlike and whimsical… Floating and “walking through a dream” were very clear feelings that came across here. Meanwhile, those rhino-sized thoughts at the end were quite a challenge. Each of the creatures had its own behaviour I needed to learn before I could deal with them effectively.
I would have loved to have seen some kind of end screen featuring the dog again, once you made it past the final stage. Besides that, I found this fun all the way through.
Very nice job! Best of success with the game jam. :)
Thank you so much for playing and the kind words!!
This game is awesome and very deep! I loved how you interpreted the theme and made it metaphorical. Assets I enjoy the implementation of the assets, I cant believe I didnt notice that there was a circle asset as i would've used that for my game as a bubble. The colour fits well with the metaphorical theme usage you used, because deep thoughts arent colourful and cheerful. The gameplay is awesome, one thing i did find sort of annoying is the fade effects you used for when you died, it became tiring. ANyways awesome game!
Thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback! :)))
hey everyone! I'm currently having troubles with Unity WebGL and my builds are not functioning correctly. I've spent hours trying to fix it, but have found no solution. So, for now I've uploaded the downloadable standalone build. I'll be trying to fix the WebGL and will hopefully have it working soon!
UPDATE! Figured it out, the game can now be played in the browser!
