Great game! I think there was a decent amount of enemy variety for the time given, especially the one that blocks bullets, which increased the difficulty by quite a bit. I did, however, find that running back and forth while shooting constantly dealt with most of the enemies pretty easily, so maybe reducing the shooting speed or the size of the bullets/changing up enemy move patterns might help to alleviate that issue. I also liked the "daring" pop-up when enemies got close, and I think it would be neat to give the player a bonus of some sort when they pull it off. Overall, a pretty fun and engaging game.

Nice game! I couldn't finish the game due to a RSI, but from the couple chapters I played, I liked the concept. It gets really frantic near the end of levels.

Great job!

Hmm… I’m thinking of implementing an auto-fire option. I shall seriously consider it for the next update.

Thanks for playing…! :)

I’ve just implemented autofire in version 1.2, should you be interested in having another go at it. Either the online or standalone versions should work for you.

Thanks again for the suggestion. I appreciate it!

Loved the details, like I really enjoyed the little 'daring' pop-ups and I also noticed the projectile gets smaller as it gets farther away, I love details like that! I felt like I could pretty easily get away with running back and forth and spamming the shoot button so the gameplay got a little repetitive as it went on. The bigger green enemy was a good addition and helps keep gameplay interesting, I just think there needed to be more different enemies.

Great job! (also I really liked the way you displayed the castle health using the bricks :])
