Cute graphics! I included it in my Pizza Jam 2 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Really very polished style going on here. From the menus to the characters. All round excellent aesthetic work. Onward!

ALSO This definitely wins the prize-less award for BEST LITTLE GHOST FACES!

Thanks for Jamming! Do enter the next one in July if you can! https://itch.io/jam/pizza-jam-3-pizza-prize

This game has the style of a finished, market-leading indie game. The soundtrack and sound effects are amazing. The visuals are super clean. The progressing screen is pretty cute. The gameplay isn't terrible, but the timings are so tight that it just makes me wonder if there's some way you could have handled this mechanic differently. Maybe make it so by holding down a directional you continuously attack a direction, or have some timing bar so you don't need difficult-to-see shadows to help you figure out when to attack. Either way, playing this game just to take in the visuals and music is worth it by itself. This game is beautiful.

The visuals, sound effects, and music were all incredible, and the transition screen between stages was very memorable and well done. I found the gameplay when attacking visible ghosts was fun since the timing had to be pretty precise, but attacking the invisible ghosts was more frustrating then anything because it was extremely difficult to know exactly when to attack even if you remember the order they emerged in. Despite this I was unable to find a single bug and the game felt extremely polished, even mobile-ready. Incredible work.

Nice little game you've got there. The art, music and sound are great; I particularly like the look of the witch from the training. The whole game has a really nice atmosphere.

However, I found the gameplay itself pretty frustrating. There isn't any cue, visual or audio, about when to swing your staff for the invisible ghosts. I just have to kind of guess when the ghost is coming, and that's not fun. I continually died because of the guessing, even though I had remembered where the ghosts were coming from.
