Currently being my favorite, the Cherry Grove biome inspired me to create a music track that reflects the spirit of exploring this landscape during the day.
The pizzicati of the first half of the track, interpreted in a playful way, represent the falling of the cherry leaves. While the second part is intended to add greater emotional depth.
Although the Minecraft OST was a great inspiration for me, I composed in a different genre, trying to evoke the character and subtle changes of ambient music.

Very simple, but effective! Captures the essence of the biome very well, and your writing was really pretty in this. Great harmonic choices especially, im working on writing a string quartet piece right now and you had a lot of ideas that were really cool to me having recently worked with a smaller string ensemble!

Super nice tune. I actually get some Breath of the Wild vibes from some of the harmonies. I think a lot of memorable stuff in that soundtrack is based on stacking 5ths. I tried to play along to some parts in your track and I think that there is also some emphasis on stacking 5ths at least in a few places? Was this a deliberate choice or was it just happening by playing around? In any case I really liked it :)
Thank you very much for your nice words! I'm glad it reminded you of the Breath of the Wild OST! And yes, it was deliberate! stacking 5ths and octaves. The idea was to make it sound as light as possible without using suspended harmonies. I'm very happy you liked it 😊
The cherry grove is also my favorite biome at the moment, and this track nails the vibe of the biome for me! Keep it up!
