Lol. I do think that yours main theme have this charming fell and a more established harmony than my track, but in the end both songs came out really good and serve different contexts pretty well. But i do think that yours is better lol

To be fair, i didn't aimed for diminished or for the paiting. I watched the flowerhead video about water music and used the base from that and played around the chords, also if the theme was around ice, why not use water music and play with the elements to let it be more dry and cold?

I didn't understand the idea, but i can try learn more about reverb for next time.

I rushed bcs the jam had 50 minutes left to end lol. Btw thanks for the feedback and i'm really happy that you got the vibe of the song.
Maybe in the next song i can try putting more layers and find more ways to fill the empty parts. I do struggle sometimes with the frequencies, but i'm improving on that.

Also, about the disonance, it was intentional this time. I was trying to get a specific sound.

i made it rushed and the jam was about 7 minutes to end when i posted, so i didn't had time to put the soundcloud link.

About the volumes, also didn't made much, but i feel that i can make it sound a bit more pleasing to hear, so i will upload a more mixed version on soundcloud and maybe on youtube as well.

I hev some problems with variations and developing the song itself, but i will see if i work on that in other projects on the future, besides thanks

The only inspiration i had to this song was the beginning of miners melancholy from DKC2 with the mining like sounds, thats what i was trying to do with the bells. Besides, thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the comment. And yeah it could be only piano, but i liked how it sounds with the strings. My first intention with the song was to be just strings and piano, but after i decided to get more things going on. The woodwind that you are saying i don't know well wich part are you talking about. If it is in the intro, it can be the "bells" or perhaps the sound effect of a bird that i've pitched down as hell.

To be fair, i don't even remeber what i have done here lol. I'm noticing the dissonance now that you pointed it and i tried to change like you've said, but for this jam i will let it that way, bcs i think it fits the feel that i was aiming for. But i'm gonna pay more attention to things like that.  Also the notes are E3 - B3 - F4 - C5, so that explains the dissonance lol.

I wanted to do it, but since I posted the song, I haven't had much time to work on it. I finished the song in the last 9 hours of the jam and, to be fair, I forgot about it too. I will try to come with something and i don't like to use A.I for it. The thing is that i have been a bit busy.
