Played till the end. Not bad a mystery solving game :)

I think some of the audio choices you guys made are not very good. In particular, when you reset the loop there's a high-pitch drawn out noise that I think it's pretty bad.

I like the different visual effects you guys have made for the game, like the god rays and the particles etc. However, I also do think that the visual style of the game is not very coherent. I understand it's a small team in a very short time, but making assets seem fitting together is something that a dev (not necessarily an artist) can get better at.

On the gameplay side, I really like it. I like the fact that you have the clues visible right on the UI, so I don't have to memorize them or flipping through menus. The last part where you find the last digit clue for the last room is a bit buggy though, the way you made it you can easily end up in an actual loop of just the 2 rooms (don't know if that's intended but definitely fitting for the game).

Overall, I think it's a good core, just need a visual and audio checkup and you got a good game on your hand!

Thanks! HIgh-pitched noise after the loop is very strange, actually. In my headphones, it sounds ok, but my friend tested it and said the same thing about it as you

I enjoyed this very much. I appreciate the art, I recognize the character movement style from something I have seen in the past, something along the lines of Fire something. Maybe you know or don't know what I am talking about. But it's a fantastic way to show movement never the less. Game is well done, complete(well almost LOL, beside the ending screen) but that was a good bit of humor. :-)

Thx! The movement style idea was taken from some Godot course (this part was made by my friend, not me, so i dont know what exactly is it). We choose it because of time limits like this we didn't have the time to make proper animations for the player (because all textures are drawn by us), and it looked fun. thanks again! :)

Beat it!

I want to preface this by saying these style games are not normally the kind of games I play, so take all this with a grain of salt. I think this was a really interesting concept and really clever approach to the theme. The puzzles were a bit simple, but I liked how achievable everything felt. I always had an idea of what to do next, and I never felt completely lost or so confused that I gave up which is really important in a game like this. This is a great example of a puzzle style game that respects the player's time and doesn't assume the player is going to memorize everything or have the patience to run through a giant room layout over and over again. You made this game very accessible and easy to play (in a good way). So nicely done there.

The main thing missing here is a vibe. Thinking about things like music, color palette, environment art, environmental storytelling, tone, lighting, and mood would've really helped elevate this game. A lot of that is "icing on the cake" so to speak, and that it's a tall order to get all that into a game jam. But if you do pursue this game further, I'd really recommend pushing the uniqueness of the world that the player is exploring.

All-in-all, incredible work for 72 hours!
