Description
I honestly genuinely don't know what genre this is. Experimental? Electronic? Ambient? Space? Soundtrack? Soundtrack it is then. XD

So the imaginary game I’m composing for sets in a civilization off of Earth, with space travel being a thing already. The entire premise of the game is to explore the universe and deliver letters and parcels across star systems. This is until something supernatural happens to the player which makes the character experience episodes of what seems to be the player's memories, which the player proclaims does not remember ever happening. After each episode, the player then gets stuck in a short time loop. The player must uncover the truth behind this and why this happens by looking at the letters, who they were from and who they are delivered to.

The reason why is because the player's descendants were actually from another parallel universe, who escaped to the following universe because in their original universe, it was somehow broken. This means the player carries a discrepancy from another parallel universe, which then causes weird things to happen, thus breaking the universe they are currently in, forcing the player to escape to another different parallel universe where the player does not exist, completing the cycle. This is why it's called Time & Time Again.

Some inspirations includes Outer Wilds, Gris, Celeste, Stardew Valley, and Violet Evergarden (for some reason).

For my DAW I used Garageband... on my iPad. Now hold it right there, I know I know it's the DAW for amateurs, but you know what? I am an amateur.

Message from the artist:
So yeah I joined my own jam. I hope you don't mind. Also now I can see why people say the jam is very fun XD. I honestly enjoyed it very much, and no I didn't plan on joining in the first place, but just seeing all of you share your snippets of the soundtrack on Discord makes me have the fear of missing out. So yeah I hope you enjoy it. Thank you.

Theme

Panspermia (Πανσπερμία)

How does it fit the theme?
The game is set in a civilization off of Earth where beings exist throughout space.

Nice music and magical atmosphere, good job!

The atmosphere is very cute :) and i really like your jacket, it's cool. for the music, the idea of each track is nice, but i feel that it lacks energy and something that lives, or live the music. it will be cool if there are more ideas for dynamics, I think :)  Thank you for creation of this jam :)!!

this music is cute :) i wonder how you make this music on ipad x) u need talent i think to make music on that device ! However, i think that some tracks is a little bit long, and a little bit boring… this is not very dynamic :)

My favorite track is gone away, with her hopeful ambiance :)

Haha you joined the jam too ! Excellent ! Your soundtrack is great ! Reminds me a bit of Fez soundtrack. Love the track "Time and time again".

I'm glad you liked it! My personal favorite is also Time and time again, probably one of my proudest tracks so far. ^^

Most of us did something dark, mysterious, unsettling...I like the fact this soundtrack opens in a very hopeful and light way and keeps almost a playful mood throughout many tracks. Though I like how it gets darker in Welcome to the universe.

Time & Time Again really caught my attention. I love the intensity you put in this one !

Seems like you've done this before. I like the variety of moods and styles!

Love the vibe you went with!

LOL you joined your own jam. There's some good stuff in here! I love that artwork.

The songs are pretty great. "Hope you had a great time" is my favorite. I love the way each track feels alive, never stagnant. Recurring Patterns sounds SO good, how do you do the little astral effect?

Lovely music. Thanks for posting!

(Also, there's a typo in the last track's name! :O )

Thank you! Yeah I tried my best to make it all sound as less boring as possible, and for each tracks to be unique from each other, but also sound coherent with one another. I'm glad you liked it!

There's a synth pad in Garageband called Cloud Shimmer which just does that automatically out of the box if you press it long enough ;) I really like that synth pad tbh.

:O Thanks for noticing! Fixed!
