Great map. Fun and interesting premise, with some dark humor. Well done. The descriptions are to the point, giving enough to work with yet room to get creative and fill in the blanks. I like it.
The adventure can be read in a dark tone (the poor dead family, the disturbing visions, the madness), or in a comedic tone (the alpacas as cruel overlords using "being fabulous" and "cuddling up" tactics), or perhaps a mix of both! Ultimately, it's up to the GM.
It would be a really fun ending if players overcome all of this by somehow powering the ship with the alpaca demigod's energy.

An amazing balance of humor and horror. And I love the realistic feel of the poor doomed crew / family.
Two quotes that will tell you everything you need to know about this adventure module:
One of the alpacas' tactics is to simply "be fabulous"
The big baddie is described as "a creature that devours souls for breakfast. You don't want to know what it eats for lunch."
These ARE the alpacas you are looking for in a game. Fabulous!
